40 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who sign the informed consent and are willing to complete the study according to the study protocol; 2) Aged 40-74 years; 3) First-degree relatives of colorectal cancer patients who were treated in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center, including parents, siblings and children.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to upload the results of fecal occult blood test; 2) History of colorectal cancer or surgery history of digestive system tumors; 3) History of Systemic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction, et al; 4) History of familial adenomatous polyposis or Lynch syndrome; 5) History of colonoscopy detection within 5 years; 6) Fecal bleeding, symptom of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and diagnosed as ulcerative colitis; 7) The researcher considers the subject inappropriate to participate in this study.
