Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with stroke who met the following criteria will be recruited: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke at the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference and is diagnosed by CT or MRI. 2.Age range from 18 to 80 years. 3.Sitting balance reach level 1. 4.Upper extremity motor dysfunction (Brunnstrom 2-4). 5.Onset of stroke range from 1 month to 12 months. 6.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable condition and new onset infarction or bleeding. 2.Severe cognitive and speech disorders. 3.Severe pain affects the training process. 4.Severely restricted shoulder, elbow, and wrist joint activities. 5.Severe heart and pulmonary diseases. 6.Visual impairment.
