18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with colorectal LSTs confirmed by colonoscopy, with a diameter of >20mmm, and endoscopically identified as stage M or SM1 lesions, with no signs of submucosal deep infiltrating carcinoma and with no previous treatment. (2) Willing to receive ESD treatment and pathological examination of specimens in our hospital. (3) Patients who can understand and sign informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who also suffer from other colon tumors and plan to undergo surgical treatment. (2) Patients who do not agree to accept endoscopic treatment for lesions, or are not suitable for endoscopic treatment due to severe cardiopulmonary diseases, coagulation dysfunction, etc.
