18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their legal representatives voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent; 2. Patients who underwent elective general anesthesia surgery in our hospital, and the American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 3. The patients with age 18~70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There were contraindications for tracheal intubation before operation; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Analgesics were used before surgery; 4. Mallampati class IV; 5. Cormack and Lehane class IV; 6. Intubation times > 2; 7. Cognitive dysfunction or mental disorder; 8. Throat, airway, or thyroid surgery.
