Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for operation in Department of Neurosurgery, Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, aged 18-65 years, were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to accept eras protocol; 2. Objectively speaking, the risk of neurosurgical diseases is high, and the patients who are not suitable for eras scheme include the patients who underwent neurosurgery again and emergency operation; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases, including those with abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney functions; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases and other major systemic diseases; 5. Other situations that are not suitable for eras.
