18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary unilateral TKA; 2. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 3. Patients who can cooperate to complete the relevant evaluation index; 4. ASA I to III patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with opioid abuse (use time > 3 months); 3. Patients with BMI > 40.
