Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 50-80 years were enrolled; 2. Patients who can fully cooperate to complete the assessment of the total cognitive scale; 3. Patients with cerebral small vessel disease or controls confirmed by MRI and MRA, excluding motor weakness caused by stroke; 4. Subjects who voluntarily signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases of cerebral small vessel disease on MRI, such as atrial fibrillation, connective tissue disease, heart failure, hereditary cerebral small vessel disease, dementia and Parkinson's disease; 2. Patients with severe gait abnormality who depend on wheelchair; 3. Patients with other serious systemic diseases who can not complete the cognitive scale test; 4. Patients with a history of alcohol addiction, mental illness or physical disability who can not cooperate with the examination.
