Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with chronic MDD: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of dsm-5 for persistent depressive disorder have a course of more than 2 years; 2. Patients with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score >= 17; 3. Patients who have received sufficient antidepressants for at least 12 weeks; 4. Patients aged 18-45 years; 5. Right handed patients; 6. Fully understand the purpose, method, process, possible discomfort and risk of the experiment, and sign the informed consent. Criteria for TRD patients: (1) According to the dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for depression, the course of disease was more than 2 years; (2) Two or more antidepressants with different mechanisms have been used for 4 weeks and still meet the dsm-5 criteria for depressive episode; (3) They were 18-45 years old; (4) Right handed; (5) Fully understand the purpose, method, experimental process, possible discomfort and risk of the experimental project, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are suffering from or have suffered from serious physical diseases in the past; 2. Patients with dsm-5 schizophrenia, substance abuse and dependence, mental retardation, bipolar disorder, etc.; 3. Patients with metal implants in the body.
