Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet DSM - V diagnostic criteria for depression; patients with depression without treatment (including psychotherapy); 2; 2. Patients aged between 18-45 years; right handedness; 3. The patients who understand the content of the study and can complete the whole experiment should sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain organic lesions; 2. Patients with other mental diseases, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. 3. Patients with history of alcohol and drug abuse or dependence; 4. Patients with claustrophobia.
