Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young adults, aged between 20 and 30 years. 2. Healthy subjects during the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI less than 18.5 kg / m2 or more than 30 kg / m2. 2. The subject of menstruation. 3. Those who are currently smoking. 4. Subjects diagnosed with symptomatic cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal or nervous system diseases may lead to decreased functional activity.
