2 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic suppurative otitis media with recurrent otitis media and tympanic membrane perforation treated by surgery; 2. Patients with pathological changes and granulation of middle ear mucosa during operation; 3. Patients with no history of ipsilateral otitis media surgery; 4. Informed consent of the patient or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cleft lip and palate or other maxillofacial dysplasia; 2. Patients with nasopharyngeal or nasal tumors.
