Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptomatic paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation who failed to respond to drug therapy; 2. Patients aged 18 years or less and over 85 years old; 3. Patients who agreed to receive radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thrombus in left atrium and left atrial appendage; 2. Patients with rheumatic heart disease: moderate to severe mitral stenosis; 3. Patients after mechanical mitral valve replacement; 4. Patients with severe bloodstream infection; 5. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA grade III-IV); 6. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
