Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement or aortic dissection; 3. Patients who understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment, history of mental illness, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease; 2. Patients who are unable to communicate due to severe audiovisual or language barriers; 3. Patients with recent history of epilepsy; 4. Recent alcoholism; 5. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (child Pugh grade C); 6. Patients with severe renal insufficiency (requiring renal replacement therapy); 7. Patients allergic to the study drug.
