Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or above, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with indications for painless bronchoscopy; 3. The subjects understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating women; 2. Patients with severe mental illness, active massive hemoptysis, hypertensive crisis, intracranial hypertension, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, new acute myocardial infarction, aortic dissection, severe pulmonary hypertension, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe systemic failure, etc; 3. Patients with obvious bleeding tendency, such as severe coagulation dysfunction or platelet < 20 x 10^9/ L; 4. Patients with anesthetic allergy and other serious anesthesia risks.
