Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe aSAH of hunt & Hess grade IV and V diagnosed by CTA or DSA; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients with informed consent for cerebral aneurysm surgery (craniotomy clipping or interventional embolization) can cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain death; 2. Patients with other organ diseases, such as: severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction and poor general condition; 3; 4. Patients with plasma osmolality greater than 320 mOsm / L; 5. Patients with severe water electrolyte disorder that cannot be corrected in a short time.
