Postoperative pain management of AIS surgery

Interventions

Patient Controlled Analgesia group:patients were given intravenous PCA and saline solution infiltration at wound site.
Continuous Wound Infiltration group:Continuous wound infiltration by ropivacaine 5ml/h after the operation, and removal of catheter 48h later

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients aged 10-18 years undergoing posterior correction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused surgical treatment; 2. Patients with congenital or neurogenic scoliosis.
