Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed as AECOPD according to the diagnostic criteria of global initiative on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (gold) revised in 2018. 2. Patients aged between 18 and 95 years (including 18 and 95 years old) had stable pulmonary function examination report within 6 months before admission, and had good compliance. They could cooperate with the completion of chest HRCT, blood routine, PCT, blood gas analysis, sputum culture examination, and could follow the doctor's advice for treatment and medication. 3. Patients who use ICS / Laba or ICS / Laba + lam in stable period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data, including patients without stable pulmonary function examination report within 6 months before admission, and patients without chest HRCT, blood routine, blood gas analysis, PCT and sputum culture examination during hospitalization. 2. Patients with other lung diseases, such as bronchial asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis and pulmonary interstitial diseases. 3. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, digestive system, hematopoietic system, nervous system and mental system diseases. 4. Patients with consumptive diseases such as malignant tumor and hyperthyroidism.
