40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1-2 case with thoracoscopic lobectomy. age is between 40-70 years; 2. genereal operation after double lumen intubation; 3. operative period is between 1 - 4 hour; 4. non carcinomar thoracic operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. emergent operation; 2. large blood loss in the operation; 3. hoarse before operation; 4. hepatic and renal dysfunction.
