18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. moderate to severe burn injury; 3. visit hospital within 24 hours after burn injury; 4. no infectious disease; 5. signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunodeficiency disease such as HIV.
