65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) BMI: 18.5kg/m2 ~27.9kg/m2; (3) No history of metabolic abnormalities such as chronic renal failure, moderate to severe obstructive ventilatory dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and hyperthyroidism; (4) Able to cooperate in completing the test and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of upper abdominal surgery; (2) History of diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance; (3) Abnormal structure of upper digestive tract; (4) Have used atropine, mosapride, domperidone and other drugs that affect gastric motility within 2 weeks; (5) Diseases such as dysphagia, gastrointestinal obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux disease, etc. (6) Severe electrolyte disturbance; (7) Recent history of hormone medication.
