Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a)patients with periodontal health 1. Age: 18-45 years old; 2. No obvious inflammation of gingiva; 3. PD = 10%; 4. without CAL; 5. without alveolar bone resorption in radiographic examination. (c)patients with periodontitis 1. Age: 18-45 years old; 2. >= 2 non-adjacent tooth with CAL; 3. PD >= 5mm and CAL >= 4mm; 4. Alveolar bone resorption affects the middle third of the root or beyond.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body index (BMI) >= 35 or <= 18; 2. Patients with systemic diseases; 3. Patients with abnormal immune function; 4. Patients with organ transplantation; 5. Patients who received periodontal treatment in recent 6 months; 6. Patients who have taken antibiotics in recent 3 months; 7. Patients who have taken other drugs affecting periodontal tissue; 8. Patients with mental diseases; 9. Pregnant and lactating women.
