group one:The diluent of normal saline was pushed statically
group 2:Diluent of normal saline containing 0.1mg/kg dezocine was applied statically
group 3:Diluent of normal saline containing 0.2mg/kg dezocine was applied statically
group 4:Diluent of normal saline containing 0.3mg/kg dezocine was applied statically

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 100 patients with elective laparoscopic surgery in general surgery, grade ASAI-II, aged 20-65 years, body mass index (BMI)< 30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intraoperative heart rate (HR) < 50 times/min or mean arterial pressure (MAP)< 50 mmHg; Chronic alcohol and drug abusers; Severely impaired heart, lung, liver and kidney function.
