Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I-II; 2. Patients with Graves' disease diagnosed for the first time (refer to Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases); 3. Patients who have no indication for operation and plan to choose drug treatment; 4. Patients who sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with SGB contraindications: coagulation disorders, heart block, glaucoma, skin infection in puncture area, etc; 2. Patients with cognitive or intellectual impairment; 3. The subject of pregnancy; 4. Hyperthyroidism with agranulocytosis or moderate to severe liver damage; 5. Patients with other serious systemic diseases; 6. Patients with infection and fever; 7. Patients taking drugs related to endocrine or nervous system.
