Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From September 2019 to June 2020, children aged 3 to 15 years were admitted to the ophthalmology clinic of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe ocular genetic diseases, such as familial exudative retinovitreous disease, Coats disease, etc; 2. Children with poor cooperation and refused to cooperate with the examination; 3. Patients with infectious ocular surface diseases, such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, neonatal dacryocystitis, etc; 4. Any patients after ophthalmic surgery, including but not limited to vitrectomy, lensectomy, etc.
