Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bilateral severe and very severe sensorineural deafness aged more than 6 months; the duration of severe deafness is less than 15 years; hearing aids are ineffective or ineffective; they meet the indications of cochlear implantation; 2. Those who have the conditions of hearing and language rehabilitation education; 3. The subjects who voluntarily agreed to participate in the trial, signed the informed consent and followed up regularly as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other special diseases that affect the rehabilitation effect, such as auditory nerve dysplasia, mental retardation, tympanic membrane perforation, otitis media, etc; 2. Patients who can't cooperate with postoperative speech rehabilitation training well.
