Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral anterior talofibular ligament partial tear, the diagnosis of ultrasound was consistent with that of MRI; 2. Patients whose course of disease is less than 7 days; 3. Patients to receive clinical symptomatic support treatment; 4. Patients who plan to receive ultrasound reexamination after 2 weeks of clinical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a history of ankle injury and operation; 2. The patient suffered from diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperuricemia and other systemic diseases affecting the nature of ligaments; 3. Patients with complete rupture of the anterior talofibular ligament on the affected side; 4. Patients with ankle fracture on the affected side; 5. The patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs lead to obvious edema of the ankle joint; 6. The patients with mass or skin damage on the anterior talofibular ligament affected the ultrasound examination; 7. The patient was lost to follow-up.
