Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing heart valve replacement under direct vision; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Voluntary patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hearing impairment, visual impairment or mental retardation; 2. Patients with brain complications during or after operation; 3. The patients with extremely unstable circulation or malignant arrhythmia failed to rescue after operation; 4. Patients with limb deformity; 5. Patients participating in other experiments.
