Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with breast cancer confirmed by histology or histopathology; 2. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia and had a Pittsburgh sleep quality index score > 7; 3. Patients with insomnia in accordance with TCM diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of deficiency of both heart and spleen; 4. Patients who are informed and willing to participate in this research project; 5. Patients with certain cognitive and communication skills can cooperate with the filling of the scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with disturbance of consciousness or mental illness; 2. Patients younger than 18 years old or older than 70 years old; 3. Patients with serious tumor complications and complications, or patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases; 4. Patients who are allergic to lavender or do not comply with the use of lavender sachet; 5. Patients receiving other insomnia treatment.
