Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-75 years old; BMI:18-26; 2. Patients diagnosed with gallbladder benign diseases such as gallstone, gallbladder polyp or gallbladder adenomyosis; 3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 4. ASA I-II patients; 5. The patients who voluntarily participated in this trial and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who changed the operation mode during the operation; 2. Patients with previous digestive system diseases such as jaundice, cholestasis, liver dysfunction, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal obstruction, rectal prolapse or long-term change of stool habits; patients with previous digestive system or abdominal surgery; patients with previous digestive system or abdominal surgery; 3. Patients who have used gastrointestinal motility drugs, antibiotics, probiotics / prebiotics / synbiotics and other drugs that may change the intestinal flora in the past month; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and organ failure.
