Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with cryptorchidism who underwent testicular fixation in our center. 2. In the preoperative doctor-patient communication, the patient's family members or guardians were fully communicated with the patient, and the informed consent for cryptorchidism biopsy was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with testicular atrophy on the affected side of cryptorchidism have no testicular solid tissue; 2. The patient had undergone "testicular fixation" in the past, because of "cryptorchidism", the ipsilateral testis was operated again; 3. Patients with retractive testis; 4. Patients with other syndromes; 5. Patients with previous inguinal surgery history; 6. Patients who are receiving or have received hormone therapy; 7. The clinical information records of the children are vague or incomplete.
