Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who accepted painless gastroscopy and voluntarily participated in this study; 2. Patients with ASA grade 1-2; 3. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years; 4. 24.0kg/m2 <= BMI < 35kg / m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who don't agree to join the project, have poor compliance and can't cooperate; 2. The patients who added intravenous anesthetics twice during the examination; 3. Patients whose oxygen saturation is less than 80% and the duration is more than 60s; 4. Patients with allergic history of narcotic drugs; 5. Patients with a history of upper abdominal surgery; 6. Patients with abdominal tumor; 7. Patients with poor head and neck activity; 8. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis (cervical segment); 9. Patients with severe anemia; 10. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 11. Patients with history of bronchial asthma; 12. Patients with abnormal trachea structure and anatomy; 13. Patients with absolute contraindications of painless gastroscopy and other serious anesthesia risks.
