Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pain in the anterior triangle of shoulder joint have limited range of motion of shoulder active flexion and abduction joint; 2. The patients with rotator cuff injury confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) but not huge tear (< 5cm) were mainly supraspinatus injury; 3. Patients with supraspinatus non huge tear (< 5cm) found by shoulder ultrasound, low echo or high and low mixed echo lesions could be seen in local tendon scanning; 4. Patients with or without acromioclavicular bursa effusion; 5. The patient has not received injection therapy in the past 6 weeks; 6. Aged 18-65 years, the patient has signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has rheumatoid arthritis, glenohumeral arthritis, effusion of tendon sheath of biceps longhead tendon, fracture, infection or tumor, etc; 2. Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney; 3. Patients with skin infection or damage in the diagnosis area; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 5. Patients with hemorrhagic diseases, recent anticoagulants, pregnancy preparation and pregnancy.
