Dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine group:Preoperative paravertebrachial catheteration was performed and 0.375% of the mixture of ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine (1ug/kg) was injected 20ml from
Ropivacaine alone:Preoperative paravertebral puncture catheterization and injection of 0.375% of 20ml ropivacaine solution from the catheter

Eligibility

Age
45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 45-70 years old, of either sex, ASA I-II grade; 2. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer; 3. Patients with VATS lobectomy; 4. Patients with clear consciousness and good communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation function, infection of puncture site or perioperative blood transfusion; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients with spinal surgery; 4. Patients with persistent chronic pain or oral analgesics before operation; 5. Patients who are converted to thoracotomy or have serious complications and need secondary surgery; 6. Patients converted to pneumonectomy; 7. Patients with catheter prolapse; 8. Patients taking a 2-adrenoceptor agonists in the past week; 9. The patient asked to withdraw from the study.
