18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders; 2. Patients with osteoporosis or other malnutrition diseases; 3. Patients with disea1. Patients between 18 and 70 years old; 2. Patients with dentition defect; 3. The patients with vertical bone defect in edentulous area can not complete direct implant; 4. Those patients with good oral hygiene and uncontrollable periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders; 2. Patients with osteoporosis or other malnutrition diseases; 3. Patients with diseases of hematopoietic system, digestive system or autoimmune system; 4. Patients with high or moderate hyperfunction; 5. Subjects during pregnancy or lactation; 6. Patients with alcohol or drug addiction; 7. Heavy smokers (> 10 cigarettes / day); Patients who had a history of head and neck radiotherapy within 8.5 years; 9. Patients with untreated periodontitis; 10. Patients with immediate removal of the original implant; 11. Patients with total mouth bleeding and plaque index >= 25%; 12. Patients who can't receive regular follow-up visit.
