Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gestational age at birth < 32 weeks; 2. birth weight <1.5 kg; 3. age at admission <= 7 days; 4. regular follow-up visits for 6-12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to complete craniocerebral color Doppler ultrasound, aEEG and cranial MRI+DWI+DTI examinations during hospitalization; 2. Congenital chromosomal abnormalities Or genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Congenital brain abnormalities; 4. Lost to follow-up caused by various factors; 5. Images cannot be analyzed due to various reasons.
