Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: in the pediatric surgery clinic, there are children with prepuce adhesion and need to remove adhesion after pediatric circumcision, there are children with prepuce adhesion and need to remove adhesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Susceptible to allergies or scars. (2) malnutrition. (3) penile deformities such as hypospadias and penile flexion. (4) Acute attack of preputial dermatitis. (5) severe urinary tract infection. (6) the condition is serious and life-threatening. (7) severe heart, liver, kidney, lung insufficiency and other diseases. (8) there are other basic diseases. (9) it is far away from the second affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, so it is not convenient for reexamination. (10) during severe and uncontrollable local or systemic acute or chronic infection. (11) participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months. (12) those who are allergic or hypersensitive to penicillin. (13) those who are allergic to sodium hyaluronate. (14) according to the researchers, any medical history that may interfere with the trial results or increase the risk of the patient.
