Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diseases: liver tumors (primary or secondary), hepatic bile tube stones; 2. Patients with liver neoplasms need hepatectomy; 3. The lesions are located in the Couinaud II., III., IV., V., VI., VII., VIII. segments and are adapted to Glisson's hepatic anatomical anatomical laparoscopic liver excision, which is limited to the left half of the liver, the right half of the liver, and the right lower. 4. The size of the lesions does not affect the anatomy of the first and second liver doors, benign diseases are best not more than 15cm, malignant tumors are not more than 10cm, lesions are too large, operating space is small, the impact is exposed, and large, easy to seepage blood; has no complex history of liver and bile disease surgery, Liver function Child-pugh B grade or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not adapted to Glisson's laparoscopic anatomical liver removal; 2. History of abdominal surgery; 3. Insatiable gas abdominal; 4. Other surgical taboos of liver removal.
