Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for Parkinson's subjects: with a definite diagnosis of Parkinson's disease and a history of more than 6 months after diagnosis; Aged between 40 and 80 years; Hoehn-yahr grades 1 to 4 (the hoehn-Yahr grades here are modified grades, ranging from 0 to 5); the condition was stable after taking anti-Parkinson's drugsAble to walk independently at least 30m with or without walking aids; Normal vision. 2. Inclusion criteria for non-Parkinson's subjects: Aged 40-80 years; Walking independently more than 30m with or without walking aids; Normal vision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for Parkinson's subjects: MMSE score < 24; have undergone neurosurgical procedures such as deep brain stimulation (DBS); with musculoskeletal diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases or other neurological diseases that may affect balance or exercise; with lower extremity peripheral neuropathy; with severe hearing or language impairment who cannot understand commands and express needs; with impaired visual function (such as significantly reduced color resolution, contrast sensitivity, spatial resolution, etc.) or visual hallucinations after medication. 2. Exclusion criteria for non-Parkinson's participate: Parkinson's disease; Cognitive impairment, MMSE score < 24; situations that may affect balance or movement, such as those associated with musculoskeletal disease, cardiopulmonary disease or other neurological diseases; Participates with peripheral neuropathy of lower extremity; Participates with severe hearing or language impairment who cannot understand instructions and express needs; Participates accompanied by decreased visual function (such as significantly reduced color vision resolution, contrast sensitivity, spatial resolution, etc.)
