intercostal block + venous maintenance group:Ultrasound-guided intercostal plane block + vein maintenance
Venous maintenance group:Propofol, remifentanil pumping and cis-atracurium muscle relaxant pumping

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ASA grades II~III; 4. A total of 40 patients were scheduled to undergo open thoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to the regional block technique (allergy to local anesthetic, infection around the puncture site and coagulation disorders); 2. A history of dependence on painkillers; 3. Patients with dementia or severe cognitive dysfunction; 4. Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc. 5. Any communication difficulties.
