Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical diagnosis of sarcopenia; (2) Aged >= 60 years, male or female; (3) Have basic communication skills and can cooperate to complete the measurement of walking speed and grip strength.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Amputee; (2) Body Mass Index (BMI) & GT;50 kg/m2; (3) Definite diagnosis of senile dementia, Parkinson's disease, double upper extremity osteoarthrosis (such as rheumatoid arthritis), gait disorder or balance disorder and other patients unable to complete the test; (4) Those with implanted electronic devices (pacemakers). (5) Glucocorticoids, thyroid hormones, sex hormones and other drugs were used within 3 months before enrollment; (6) Had the application history of antibiotics and probiotics within 1 month before enrollment; (7) Participating in other research subjects or unwilling to participate in this study; (8) The researchers consider other reasons not suitable for participants in this clinical trial.
