Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of CNLDO: persistent tearing, widening of the lake of tears, full reflux of the lacrimal passage, reflux with or without secretions; 2. Aged < 18 years; 3. The child has undergone lacrimal passage exploration The childs guardian has no communication barriers, has certain literacy skills, and informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lacrimal duct intubation, or nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis, or conjunctival sac nasal anastomosis; 2. Lacrimal punctum or lacrimal duct obstruction, acute inflammation of the lacrimal duct, bony stenosis or atresia of the lacrimal duct, trauma Lacrimal disease, acute inflammation of the eyelid, eyelid deformity, maxillofacial deformity, Down syndrome, rhinitis and sinusitis; 3. Postoperative follow-up < 6 month.
