Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With informed consent signed; 2. Acute ischemic stroke (diagnosed according to the AHA/ASA criteria) within 72 hours of symptom onset; 3. NIHSS score 8 but rapid remission or fluctuation; 5. TIA (ABCD2 >= 4).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mRs >= 2; 2. Cardiogenic ischemic stroke; 3. Intracranial hemorrhagic disease; 4. With severe cardiopulmonary disease, the researchers think it is unsuitable to participate in this study; 5. Patients with a life expectancy of < 3 months and unable to complete the study; 6. Patients who were recruited in other trials.
