Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Chinese version of the international physical activity questionnaire (ipaq-sf) and the nicotine dependence test scale (FTND) were used for screening, which were divided into exercise + smoking, no exercise + smoking, exercise + no smoking and no exercise + no smoking. Individuals with high physical activity by IPAQ and moderate or above nicotine dependence by FTND were included in the exercise + smoking group; Individuals with low physical activity by IPAQ and moderate or above nicotine dependence by FTND were included in the no exercise + smoking group; The subjects with high physical activity and never smoking cigarette according to IPAQ were included in the exercise + non-smoking group; The individuals with low physical activity and no smoking experience were included in the no exercise + non-smoking group according to IPAQ.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from any physical disease, unable to participate in sports activities; 2. Using drugs that affect the central nervous system, or taking antibiotics in the past week; 3. History of brain injury, or doctor's diagnosis of neurological or mental illness (e.g., organ mental disorder, bipolar depression, schizophrenia spectrum disorder), systemic disease (such as hypertension or diabetes); 4. Substance abuse other than nicotine dependence (alcohol or drugs, etc.).
