Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is conscious, with stable vital signs and informed consent; 2. Patients aged > 18 years and < 80 years were right handedness; 3. The patients who met the criteria of "Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2014" were confirmed as acute ischemic stroke by head CT or MRI, and the head and neck vessels were evaluated by MRA, CTA or DSA; 4. This time was the first time, within 14 days after stroke, NIHSS score was less than 15; 5. Patients with normal cognitive function and mental behavior before the onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ischemic stroke confirmed by other causes, such as vasculitis, postoperative stroke, cardiogenic cerebral embolism; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment caused by other diseases: Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome, psychiatric history, Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia and other degenerative cognitive impairment, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, intracranial infection history, epilepsy history, intracranial autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients who use drugs that affect cognitive function during hospitalization: such as cholinesterase inhibitors, etc; 4. Patients with stenosis degree of more than 50% except for the responsible carotid artery and vertebral artery; 5. Patients with physical function defect who can not complete the cognitive examination: such as aphasia, apraxia, audiovisual impairment, etc.; 6. Patients with depression, serious anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse and mental disorders; 7. Patients with severe physical diseases, such as heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Patients with MRI contraindications.
