Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with single or multiple kidney stones, accompanied by symptoms such as low back pain, hematuria or secondary hydronephrosis, have clear surgical indications; 2. Patients with single stone with the maximum diameter of 1-2cm, the sum of the maximum diameters of multiple stones is 1-2cm; 3. Patients aged >= 18 and = 90g / L; B. neutrophils >= 1.5 * 10 ^ 9 / L; C. platelet count >= 100 * 10 ^ 9 / L; D. blood potassium = 70ml / min; G. serum albumin >= 30g / L; D. blood potassium <= 5.5mmol/l; 6. Patients who voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with anatomical abnormalities such as horseshoe kidney, duplicate kidney, ureteropelvic junction stenosis, ectopic kidney, etc; 2. Patients with anatomic or functional solitary kidney; 3. Patients with uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 4. Patients with uncorrected coagulation dysfunction; 5. If pyuria was found during UMP or RIRS, the patients who changed to D-J tube or PCN tube would be excluded from this study.
