Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtained informed consent from patients; 2. Undergoing renal transplantation for the first time, aged 18-65 years old; 3. ASA physical status II to IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Companied with severe complication of other systems; 2. Suffering from severe hypertension or diabetes mellitus; 3. With a history of acute or chronic pain; 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. With a history of allergic to local anesthetics; 6. Alcohol, toxic, and drug abuse; 7. Infection in puncture site.
