Intrapartum Maternal fever

Interventions

Group 1:Spinal block using 5 mrg sufentanil and 3 mg ropivacaine in 3 ml saline
Epidural block using 0.8mg/ml ropivacaine and 0.4 mrg/ml sufentanil
Group 2:Epidural block using 0.8mg/ml ropivacaine and 0.4 mrg/ml sufentanil

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pregnant women will plan to have a vaginal delivery in above four hospitals from March 25 in 2021 to May 15 in 2021; 2. The pregnant should be full-term, single fetus patients with cephalic presentation; 3. No fetus malformation; 4. Cervical dilatation 0-6 cm; 5. The patient agreed to participate and signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women have a fever before participation; 2. Pregnant women takes an antibiotics; 3. Pregnant women have any immediate caecarean section; 4. Pregnant woment have any condition below: placenta previa, placental abruption, severe preeclampsia/eclampsia, premature delivery, HIV-positive test.
