Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the clinical diagnostic criteria and brain imaging data, the patient was diagnosed as stroke; 2. The interval between the first unilateral attack or the second attack and the last attack was more than six months without sequelae, and the speech function was normal before the attack, and the subacute stage (the course of disease was 1 week to 3 months); 3. Clinical signs were stable in the past 4 weeks; 4. having enough physical strength to finish the test; 5. Seating balance grade 3; 6. at least normal unilateral upper limb motor function or Brunnstrom stage >=4; Standard Putonghua and primary school or higher education level; 8. Voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aphasia and/or orofacial apraxia; 2. abnormal morphology and function of articulatory organs; 3. those who did not have enough physical strength to complete the test or were unwilling to cooperate; 4. Malignant tumor, serious infection, serious organ disease, etc; 5. disturbance of consciousness, mental disorder, etc.
