Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult subjects (male or female>=18 years old); Diagnosis with traumatic optic neuropathy (including direct traumatic optic neuropathy and indirect traumatic optic neuropathy); Acute visual loss followed head or facial trauma within one week; The visual acuity of injured eye better than light sense; The visual acuity without improved after corticosteroid impulse therapy two days; Informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Operational contraindications regarding to ETOCD; Severe concomitant life-threatening injury; Chronic infections of sinu; Postoperative secondary infection in Sphenoid sinus; Currently receiving an investigational drug or device.
