Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who were transferred to the Department of Critical Care Medicine, Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University, were older than 18 years old and required invasive mechanical ventilation through oral endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Moderate to severe renal dysfunction (Scr>178umol/l, urea nitrogen>9mmol/l) and moderate to severe liver function (Child-Pugh) Grade C or above) Patients; 3. Patients with pre-existing dementia or obvious stroke sequelae, patients with cerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury and other mentally unable to assess; 4. Allergic to opioids and benzodiazepines; 5. Long-term People who use opioids, benzodiazepines and psychotropic drugs; 6. Bradycardia, atrioventricular block of more than second degree; 7. Serious circulatory instability when transferred to ICU, requiring high-dose boost Drug maintenance; 8. After cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
